Bobby Fox LCPH MCMA, Homeopath
Tuesdays 1.30 - 5.30pm
Having seen how homeopathy helped her own family, Bobby trained at the College of Practical Homeopathy, London where she is now a Marker and also supervises students. She treats people of all ages, for all kinds of conditions - physical or emotional. She is passionate in her commitment to homeopathy and to her patients, and practises here at The City Therapy Centre, as well as in Whetstone and Clerkenwell. She is an approved healthcare provider for several private health insurers.
The Appointment
Bobby likes to allow up to 90 minutes for the first appointment, giving you plenty of time to describe your symptoms without feeling pressured in any way. She also takes full details of your medical and family history. There is plenty of time to ask any questions you may have, and to voice any concerns. At the end of the consultation, a prescription will be up made for you. Sometimes, a prescription is made up later and sent on to you. If this is the case, there is no extra charge for postage.
Follow-up appointments are usually 4- 6 weeks later and may last up to 45 minutes. Again, there is no rush and ample opportunity to discuss how you have been, and how you feel your treatment has gone, in the time since your last appointment.
Children's appointments are often shorter.
The Treatment
Homeopathic medicines, known as Remedies, are pleasant to take and safe even during pregnancy and nursing. They are chosen according to each patient's specific symptoms and situation and give the body the information it needs to heal itself. Additionally, Bobby often uses herbal tinctures to give extra support to specific organs, or flower essences for complementary emotional support.
In between appointments
If you are unwell in between appointments, then Bobby is happy for you to call her so that a further prescription may be posted to you and homeopathic treatment can continue uninterrupted by other medicines. If you are in the process of having regular treatment then there is no charge for this, otherwise, there is a charge for telephone consultations.
Acute Consultations
Minor acute ailments like sore throats, earaches, upset tums etc respond well to homeopathy. You do not have to be a regular patient and appointments are much shorter. Just call Bobby and she will try and see you as soon as possible.
Call the Centre to book an appointment, or contact Bobby direct to chat through any questions you may have about how homeopathy can help you - with no obligation or charge.
