How do I book an appointment with a Therapist?
You can call the centre on 01923 289377 and book your appointment. If you want to speak to a particular therapist you can call the above number and leave a message or call the therapist direct. The therapists' direct numbers are on their contact pages.
How do I pay for my treatment?
The City Therapy Centre accepts cheques and cash. Currently, we do not have credit card facilities.
What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please call your therapist direct as soon as possible. It is advisable to leave a message at the centre on 01923 289377. Please do not send an email as it may not be read in time and therapists may be unnecessarily inconvenienced.
Please note there is a 50% charge for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice.
What are The City Therapy Centre's opening hours?
We are open
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday 9.30am - 4pm.
Can I claim for my treatment on my health insurance?
This will vary from treatment to treatment. Please speak directly to your therapist.
Are all the therapists qualified?
The City Therapy Centre has very high standards and all the therapists are fully qualified and belong to their respective professional bodies. Each therapist is registered and insured.
