Weight management under hypnosis is a widely accepted approach that has been available from traditional hypnotherapists for a great many years. Now, however, a newer, more dynamic method has been developed that will begin to initiate changes more rapidly and for these changes to continue on into a whole new lifestyle for the client. There are many reasons for weight gain (or loss) and these have to be addressed and understood before any meaningful change can occur. HypnoDieting allows these insights to be identified, and then acted upon.
Hypnodieting is a highly effective method of managing and controlling weight and is learned through a combination of three main approaches:
Firstly, it boosts motivation so that the client is more likely to want to complete the programme; and secondly, through visualisation and 'future pacing' (vividly imagining the desired result), the client is able to establish clear-cut, realistic, and achievable goals. Finally, the Hypnodietng approach will instil greater confidence and self-esteem in the client. This serves to increase the likelihood of the client completing the programme and continuing with these new behavioural patterns long after the therapy is completed.
There is no age limit nor any special requirements. Sessions are relaxing and very enjoyable, and clients are fully supported throughout their programme
