Julie's passion for nutrition stems from her own experience of good nutrition. With a long-standing interest in health and fitness, coupled with the desire to work with and for people, Julie was inspired to become a nutritional therapist.
She is a full member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy) and adheres to a strict code of conduct.
Julie strongly believes that improving the quality of your nutrition can make a profound difference to your life.
Through her patient-centred, holistic approach she works directly to meet the individual needs and goals of her patients. Using scientific knowledge and research-based evidence as the foundation, she produces comprehensive, creative, and easy to follow personalised nutritional programs.
